Request for Proposals for Security Services for the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea

The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea requires security services for the Consular premises and for Consular activities as outline below. 

Requirements:
• Service period: 1 March 2025 until 28 February 2026
• Daily work period:  Monday to Friday 9:00am – 04:30pm
• Total security personnel required: 1
• Proposals due by 5th February 2025 (Wednesday)

Your responsibilities will include:
• Guarding the Consular premises
• Controlling and/or escorting visitors 
• Security escort to and from banks
• Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the relevant Consuls
Qualifications:
• Security services company must hold relevant security licences
• Employees must hold all relevant security and trading licenses 
• Appropriate insurance coverage (detailed list to be submitted)
• Motivated and experienced security guards(3-5 years’ experience required)
• Korean language skills preferred

Applicants will need to undergo or produce up-to-date police background and RTA checks. 

Selection is subject to a competitive process base on bidding prices and security service experiences.
